Gatherings, etc.

Here's to good friends. It doesn't get any better than this. Tastes great.

John's Wedding

On April 24th, 1999, my younger brother John married a fantastic woman, Emily Crow. We had a ball at their wedding, as some of these pictures show. Since it took them two years to get them to me, I think that I might be able to get pictures of their son Sam (born March 1, 2002) sometime before the little guy gets married.

The Brothers Jones

Whose smiling face?  The most married of the three Brothers Jones.

Our family loves to get together for graduations. There certainly are worse occations. These are all for my 1996 Masters degree.

My family

It's about time I got a picture of my family on here -- Dad, Walter, me, Mom, and John.

My extended family

The Gang's all here -- Aunt Judy, Uncle Ed, Mimi, Walter, John M., John J., Bryan, Henry, Mom, and (last and least) Dad.

Eta Chapter of Sigma Chi

One of the most important decisions of my life was to pledge Sigma Chi at Ole Miss, following in my dad's footsteps and leading the way for my brother John.

California Scenery

Mississippi is God's country, but he probably comes here to California every now and then to see some more of his beautiful creation.

The first of many (I hope) trips to the 18th green at Pebble Beach.

On my second trip, Clark and I got to walk around the course. Maybe next time we'll play.

US Open 1991

These people are gonna consider themselves lucky to have gotten a picture with me.

Taken the night she won the US Open, Monica Seles partied with Roger, me, Maya, her brother Zoltan, and Dr. Kuttan.

Donald Trump and Marla Maples were hanging out in the hall at the Trump Plaza, where Monica and the family were staying.

At my courtside seat by the mayor, I was able to soak up some rays and see some of the world's greatest tennis players.

The Clarkster

Clark got married, he moved to Chicago, he decided to go into business with me. What the heck is wrong with this guy??

Hopefully, a wedding picture will go here.

Roommates Deserve Better

If you can put up with living with me, you get your picture on the Web.

My very first roommate Dennis Coleman (right), movie star Brad Davis, and me on Bid Day. We lived in Stockard 1120 for our freshman year at Ole Miss.

Clark Love and I (shown here at Derby Day with a happy Ginger Dunnam) lived at Old Taylor Place H-1 for Summer '92 and behind Flex for Summer '94.

A night out on the town with Judson Hilburn is a night you won't soon forget. We were in the Sigma Chi house at the end of the hall -- 1st floor -- before it got fancied up.

Jody Kniesly and I spent four months in the hell of the student dorm at Moscow State University.

Stephen "Action" Jackson could always be counted on to make us feel young.

The winner in putting up with me the longest is Kevin Visentin, Italian Stallion and Babe Magnet. We lived across from the president in the House and then a whole year at One Anderson Place.

My roommate, John Owens, isn't as bad as people say. In fact, just the other day he peeled off my face with a dull razor and then scanned it. To see the result, click on this rated-R image.

Actually, he took me to the Stanford Computer Graphics Laboratory and scanned me (a different picture) using the very same apparatus that had been used on Bill Gates only a week before. Cool, huh? Only problem is, John doesn't know if he should continue to be a Ph.D. candidate here or pursue his dream of driving an ice cream truck and wearing clothes made out of paper and plastic bags from Safeway. To help him decide, send him your vote.
